Welcome to Sunrise Waters, a spacious waterfront retreat nestled on the shores of beautiful Tuggerah Lake in Gorokan. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is the perfect destination for families, friends or couples looking to relax, unwind and enjoy everything the Central Coast has to offer.
Boasting uninterrupted lake views from the main living areas, the home has been designed for comfort and easy holiday living. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge flow effortlessly onto the covered entertaining deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, fire up the bbq for lunch, or simply sit back and take in the peaceful waterfront setting.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need during your stay, including a coffee machine, quality appliances and plenty of cookware, making meal preparation a breeze. A full laundry with both a washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with two queen bedrooms, one double bedroom, a downstairs bedroom featuring a single bed and trundle, plus an additional sofa bed in the downstairs living area, making it ideal for larger families or groups travelling together.
Step outside and enjoy your own slice of waterfront paradise. Launch one of the kayaks straight from the backyard, spend the afternoon fishing, or simply relax on the deck while watching the ever-changing lake views. We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of "No parties or events" is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
