Welcome to Almond Cottage, a spacious and idyllic beach house on picturesque Arden Avenue in Avoca Beach. This beach house with views of Avoca and North Avoca beach is your ticket to an instantly relaxing holiday with family or friends. Offering plenty of space, with a large L-shaped lounge in the main living room, picture perfect sunroom/dining plus large rear deck - the ideal place to take in the beach views through the trees. The extra large kitchen is stacked with everything you need to cook up the holiday feast. And with 8 beds to choose from, you`ll find you`re easily accommodated.
Ideally located to be within a 10 minute walk via public pathway down to the beach, cafes and Avoca Beach Picture Theatre. Parking for 3 cars, with 1 in the carport, 2nd in a side parking bay and you can park a 3rd in the driveway, but in tandem with the carport.
Wifi is included. Pets on application. Pet fee: $100.

Almond property was lovely. Great view, well stocked and easy walk to the beach. Was great to be able to bring our dog with us too!
Beds were comfy. some throw rugs for the lounge would be nice as the nights get a bit chilly.
We had a wonderful week and would book again.
