Level 1 has a generous lounge area opening up to the garden and sunlit deck with longer ocean views. The comfy couch and smart tv create a perfect space for the kids.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 x King singles, both bedrooms with ocean views. There is a bathroom on this level plus a laundry with washer and a condenser
dryer.
Up to the second level which boasts the modern kitchen, dining for 10, main lounge with smart tv, balcony, and BBQ. Bedroom 3 (Master) has a king bed and provides beautiful
ocean views, bedroom 4 has a queen bed, bedroom 5 has 2 x King single beds that can convert to a king, with a large bathroom also.
Newly redecorated Point View boasts a stylish open plan layout with a seamless flow from indoors to out. All bedrooms include built-in robes with the master opening onto to the

A fantastic property, well suited for teenagers ( with own accommodation downstairs)
