You've probably never heard the term "Wippezogel" before.
It comes from East Prussian and means wagtail.
House Wippezogel on the Haffdroom embodies modern elegance with a welcoming coziness and offers space for 6-8 people.
At 130m², there's plenty of room for you and your family/friends.
The ground floor is cozy and flooded with light, featuring a living area with an open-plan kitchen, a large bathroom with a Finnish sauna for 2-3 people, and the first of four bedrooms.
A three-sided fireplace in the living and dining area creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The upper floor includes three more bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower.
The utility room contains a washing machine, a clothes rack, and a second refrigerator.
From the large, furnished terrace, you have a beautiful view of expansive meadows
and part of the Salzhaff lagoon.
