About this house rental
Pack your clothes and head to the beach — we’ve taken care of just about everything else!
Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath South Topsail beach house is just 200 feet from Beach Access #11, with ocean views from both porches and an amazing location close to everything we love about Topsail.
The house has been newly refreshed with all-new beds, mattresses and furnishings and has one of our favorite setups for families traveling together — THREE king bedrooms plus a bunk room with twin over full bunk and a trundle. No fighting over who gets the king bed!
We’ve stocked the house with all the things that make a beach trip easier: bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, cooler, cornhole and plenty of beach gear. Just bring your clothes, groceries and sunscreen and start vacationing.
The location is SO good. You can walk to coffee, restaurants, ice cream, putt-putt, pickleball, roller skating and more, while still being just steps from the beach.
And our favorite part of the whole house may be the porches. We have ocean views from both levels, and the top porch has four Pawleys Island hammock swings overlooking the ocean. Morning coffee out there is pretty hard to beat.
Whether you’re coming for a family beach week, track-out, a long weekend with friends or just a few days with your toes in the sand, we’d love to have you enjoy our little piece of Topsail!
