New to the collection in summer 2026, escape to the historic county of Warwickshire, where days of discovering elegant spa towns and destinations rich in medieval and Regency architecture await. This handsome holiday home set on a working beef and arable farm, sleeps four guests on the fringes of Kenilworth (2 miles), offering the perfect base for couples and small families planning days of countryside walks and wider Warwickshire adventures together. Home to the impressive ruins of a castle and abbey, Kenilworth is steeped in history, with plenty to discover through local guides and conversations with friendly shopkeepers and pub landlords. Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick (both 7.5 miles) are within easy reach for memorable day trips, while Stratford-upon-Avon (16 miles), the birthplace of Shakespeare, is also well worth a visit. Plan your trip around a performance by the Royal Shakespeare Company and take time to explore Anne Hathaway's Cottage (17.5 miles) on the edge of town.
This spacious single-storey cottage has been thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of room for four guests to relax in comfort. Step inside and leave coats and shoes in the generous entrance hall before making your way through to the social heart of the home: the open-plan living space. Flooded with natural light thanks to the windows and French doors opening onto the terrace, this charming space combines a lounge with a traditional kitchen and dining area. Unwind in the lounge as you sink into the soft seating, flick through the TV, or simply look out to the garden. When stomachs rumble, the kitchen features everything needed for cooking up holiday meals, which can be enjoyed at the wooden table inside or alfresco out on the patio. At the end of each day away, two restful bedrooms await: a master double room and a cosy twin, both served by the family shower room.
French doors from the living area open onto a pretty patio, hidden by a garden wall and mature shrubs for added privacy. Complete with outdoor furniture, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine or an evening tipple after a day of exploring. Private parking for two cars completes the picture, making arrivals and day trips effortless.
