This three-bedroom apartment is set within a coastal development 250 metres from Watergate Bay Beach on the North Cornwall coast, with a full-width sea-view balcony framing the Atlantic. The location lends itself to active beach holidays for families and couples, with a water sports school on the sand offering lessons in surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and kite surfing. Watergate Bay's 2 miles of beach are exposed to incoming Atlantic swell, drawing surfers and water sports enthusiasts throughout the year. The coast path connects to Newquay (3 miles) in one direction and Mawgan Porth (2 miles) in the other, with options for long rambles or shorter routes along dramatic clifftops. Beachfront restaurants and cafes line the shore, and the bay is known for its vivid sunsets over the water. Music festivals and surf competitions draw crowds to the area year-round.
The spacious first-floor open-plan living area has full-width sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony and wide views across the bay.
