Welcome to your Anna Maria Island getaway – a bright, newly renovated coastal retreat tucked along a quiet residential street in Holmes Beach, just three blocks from the Gulf.
Thoughtfully designed for up to four guests, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home pairs a fresh, modern coastal feel with everything you need for an easygoing beach vacation. Spend the morning sipping coffee out front, load up the provided beach wagon for short walk to the sand, and come home to relax in your own private outdoor space.
Inside, natural light and an open layout make the home feel bright and welcoming. The spacious kitchen opens directly to the living area and is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to dinner and drinks at home. Gather around the oversized island with seating for four, or take dinner outside to the six-person table in the private fenced backyard.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own Smart TV – an ideal setup for a small family, couples, or friends traveling together. With two full bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to get ready after a day at the beach.
One of the favorite spots is the screened lanai, complete with comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and Smart TV for relaxing outdoors while still escaping the Florida sun. The private backyard also offers a grill, outdoor dining for six, and Adirondack loungers for soaking up a little extra sunshine.
Everything You Need for a Beach Day
Leave the bulky beach gear at home – we provide a beach wagon, beach towels, umbrella, and six beach chairs, including two children's chairs, along with beach toys for younger guests.
And there's plenty to do beyond the beach. Just a couple of blocks away, Holmes Beach recreational area offers pickleball and tennis courts, basketball, a playground, skate park, outdoor fitness equipment, and more.

The 65th Street beach access is approximately 3 blocks from the house, while some of the island's favorite local spots are also within walking distance. Grab a sandwich at Scott's Deli, coffee from AMI Coffee Shack, catch live music at The Ugly Grouper, or stop into Duffy's Tavern for a casual bite.
Even better, the free Anna Maria Island trolley stops at the end of the street, making it easy to explore the island without always getting in the car.
Our central Holmes Beach location puts you between the north and south ends of the island, with Pine Avenue, Bean Point, Anna Maria City Pier, Bridge Street, and Coquina Beach all just a short drive or trolley ride away. Publix is also nearby for groceries and vacation essentials.
