About this house rental
This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard.
Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood.
New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard, with a large swing.
King bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom . Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other 2 bedrooms. Wood floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance & Espresso , cappuccino machine. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Large pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
Early check in will be $50 an hour extra.

The house was a perfect size for us. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. We used the pool a lot! Especially in the afternoon when it got super hot at the beach. The beach was about a 5 minute walk, but there was never any traffic to deal with so it was always a pleasant walk. It was also within walking distance to an ice cream shop, pizza place, coffee shop and beach shops. The Publix grocery store was only about a 6-8 minute drive depending on traffic. All in all, a great location! We had a great time and will be coming back!

Property was as listed. Parvaneh was excellent to communicate with. Great location. A golf cart was worth the money for our group. We had 4 adults at the house and it was plenty of room. Plenty of towels etc. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate 90 percent of our meals at the house. Everything we needed to grill etc. The TV at the pool also was used as we love sports and were able to keep up with all of our teams. The pool area was spacious as well. Loved the bed swing Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at many places on Anna Maria Island and some have been twice the cost. This year we were again travelling with our kids and grandkids and the affordability of this home allowed us to finish up our trip with a 4 day stay in Kissimmee to visit 3 Disney parks so we were able to get the best of both, beach time and Disney time!It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The outdoor pool area with the large swing and TV was awesome! Proximity to the beach and our kids favorite restaurant "The Ugly Grouper" was great. Parvaneh was an awesome host addressing anything we needed immediately.We truly appreciated her attention to detail. Thanks for another wonderful week on one of our favorite islands!
