Swept Away B is a ground-level Holmes Beach vacation rental with a private fenced heated pool exclusively for unit guests, an EV charger built in at no extra fee, and a 6-minute walk to the beach.
The private fenced pool is for the exclusive use of Swept Away B guests — fully enclosed for privacy and security. The outdoor grill and patio make the pool deck a complete outdoor entertaining space for evenings after the beach.
Two bedrooms sleep six. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk — the right configuration for families with kids or two guests who want their own sleeping level. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the sixth guest. Two full bathrooms. In-unit washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and stocked for meals at home. High-speed WiFi. Keyless entry. Central AC throughout.
A beach cart and chairs are provided for the 6-minute walk to the Gulf. The free AMI trolley stops nearby for exploring the island without a car.
Swept Away B requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due
You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The location was excellent, close to the beach and restaurants. The management team was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our family vacation and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

We traveled with our almost 7 and 5 year old sons. This was our second time in back to back years of staying here and we just love this place! It's an amazing location, walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping centers. The house is clean and the kitchen is completely well stocked. The backyard area is perfect with the table and chairs to enjoy meals outside and the heated pool we used every single day we were there! Highly recommend for families!

My family and I had the best time here! So close to the beach but close enough to the trolley station. The house had everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds! The pool was a hit. The fire pit was a welcome surprise! All in all, we would definitely come back to this rental!
