AMI Sand Dollar is a spacious one-bedroom private pool home located two blocks from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The bright kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for four and additional stools at the island. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather.
The bedroom features a King Bed with balcony access which overlooks the pool. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides accommodation for extra guests. Crisp linens and plush towels are provided by our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool. The covered poolside patio area features a TV and bar. Guests will enjoy the giant Connect 4 Game, Cornhole, Ring Toss and Ping Pong Table.
AMI Sand Dollar is one half of a duplex. Each side has its own driveway, entrance, grill, and private pool area. If you have a larger group, check out AMI Starfish to book both sides for your group.
AMI Sand Dollar is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2-dog limit
AMI Sand Dollar is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Weather, 2 blocks from the beach. Called the host when our TV went out and had a new one in 3 hours and after they called to check if everything went well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect in every way—clean, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was ideal. Our family loved every moment, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. We will definitely be back!

The house was very dated. But the main disappointments for us was the cleanliness. When we arrived we found sand all in the bed, we contacted the property manager and they made it right. The pool wasn’t clean, the other issue was the shower had mold in it. Overall experience with the property manager was good, but the house definitely needs some attention.
