Forest Hearth at The Woods | 2BR Garden Condo with Pool & Spa | Sleeps 6

Forest Hearth is a garden-level two-bedroom condo at The Woods with a stone wood-burning fireplace, exposed ceiling beams, and a private patio under the trees. The condo sleeps up to six. The primary bedroom has one queen bed, wooded views, and storage. The second bedroom has a handcrafted full-over-full log bunk bed that sleeps four. Both full bathrooms have heated floors. One bathroom has a glass walk-in shower with a built-in bench and two shower fixtures. The other has a tub with an overhead shower.

The kitchen includes granite counters, a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and a peninsula for prep and serving. Both drip and single-serve coffee makers are provided. The dining table seats six. The living room has a sectional, two chairs, a television, and the stone fireplace. A glass door opens to a garden-level patio with two Adirondack chairs and a wooded view.

Guests may use The Woods facilities that are open during their stay. These can include the indoor heated lap pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and seasonal tennis courts. Spa treatments are booked and paid for separately. Facility hours and availability are controlled by The Woods and may change for maintenance.

Killington Resort and Pico Mountain are a short drive away. Gifford Woods State Park, Kent Pond, restaurants, shops, golf, hiking, and mountain biking are also nearby. A car is recommended, and winter tires with all-wheel drive are helpful during snowstorms.

Check-in uses a smart lock. The primary renter must be 25 or older. Pets, parties, smoking, and vaping are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and a signed rental agreement is required. Local help is available through Simple Vacation Rentals by Dave McComb.
