Revel in this bright and modern ski condo just off Killington`s main road and close to everything. Relax after a day on the mountain streaming on one of your 3 smart TVs. Indulge with the fabulous condo amenities including the pool, hot tubs, spa, gym, and tennis courts, or settle in by the wood-burning fire. Spread out in this spacious condo and enjoy all that Killington has to offer.
You`ll have exclusive access to the top two floors of this condo unit. You`ll walk in to the main living room with open kitchen, one King bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor. There is a giant 75-inch TV, office space with super fast wifi and a gorgeous dining room table with 6 luxurious leather chairs. Head upstairs to the other Queen / Twin bedroom with Double sleeping loft and bathroom. The loft is open to the living area below. Upstairs has a fun PacMan arcade game and a Nintendo gaming station. There is a back deck with views to the forest. The house has high-speed wireless Internet, smart TVs with streaming TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, washer/dryer, and yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, dinnerware, utensils and more.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES*: The Spa at The Woods access, steam room, sauna, 75-foot indoor pool, hot tub (must be at least 14 years old), fitness center, 2 tennis courts, spa services (add`l fees apply, 10% discount for guests)

I also wanted to give a reminder about our age restrictions at The Spa:
*No one under the age of 14 is allowed in any of our heated amenities. (Hot tub, Sauna or Steam Room)
*No child under 16 is to be left alone in the pool area.
*Must be 18 or older to be in charge of other children.
*Children under 10 are not allowed in the fitness center. Those 10-14 may be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
*We do not perform any treatments to anyone under the age of 18.
The spa will be closed from May 4–15 for spring cleaning. We’ll reopen on May 16.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and manager harmless for any injury or death that results from the use of the ladders.

We have stayed at several condos in The Woods and have never been disappointed. Although we were unable to make this reservation, the hosts were very helpful with our questions and we hope to stay at their condo sometime in the future.

I’m absolutely blown away by the hospitality and communication received from our hosts. The property was magnificent for our stay. Everything was better than advertised. I was blessed to have such an amazing home away from home. We traveled 16 hours and needed to have a good meal and full nights rest before a challenging Spartan race. On our arrival we were greeted with a very pleasant welcome surprise. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The bedding was amazing and the bed was ever so comfortable. This was a great hub to explore the area too. I don’t leave reviews often but this was beyond a great experience. It was amazing. I travel a lot for both business and personal reasons. Over the years I’ve found that VRBO’s are NOT all the same. This was the best overall property and experience we have ever enjoyed! Bar none. Looking forward to returning and staying again next year for the next race.

We absolutely loved FirBear!!! The property was meticulously cared for with tastefully updated design, fun kids rooms and a luxurious master bedroom. Our hosts Holly and Dan were incredible with communication. There was never a moment when we didn’t feel welcomed. From our very clear specific instructions for check in to the check in with us after we’d arrived to make sure everything was in order…everything was handled professionally!!! The welcome goodies from Vermont were so incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. We highly recommend FirBear and are looking forward to our next stay!!!! Thank you, Holly and Dan!!!!
