Welcome to 8122 Sandpiper Cove. Private 1 Bedroom w/ Full Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa. The spectacular views and resort amenities will make your stay MORE than wonderful! Take a walk to the beach, enjoy a lap around one of the five community pools, a game of pickle ball or golf, or grill up your fresh catch on the barbecue grills.
When you enter the condo you will notice the Full Bathroom directly to your left, with its bathtub/shower combination and plenty of counter/cabinet space. To your right you will find a washer/dryer which is not standard in this building and 3 storage closets. Walking forward you’ll come to the Kitchen and Dining Area. The Dining Area hosts a table set for two, and the Kitchen has bar seating for two additional guests. As mentioned, the breathtaking kitchen has been renewed and has all the full-size appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. Up next is the Living Area, which is home to a large coffee table, a plush chair, and a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper. Lastly, you come to the built-in Bedroom. As most studio condos at Sandpiper Cove do not come with a bedroom, this is a RARE find and one that ensures a private night’s sleep! Bedroom has a Double Bed, nightstands, TV, AND also comes with sliding glass doors that open to the condo’s Balcony. The Balcony comes with a table set for two, and steps leading down onto the grounds of Sandpiper Cove, allowing you to walk straight to the pool or the beachfront balcony if you so desire.
