Newly updated and clean space. The only complaint would be the amount of road and upstairs neighbor noise you can hear.

I love sandpiper cove. I missed out on an opportunity to purchase a unit in 2012 and think about it all the time. Now, the unit is valued at and recently sold for 3 times what it cost then. I’ll keep a watch out for future sales cause this place has the perfect location and is kept super clean and safe.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and have a great time. The washer/dryer was a bonus because we didn't have to take home dirty laundry. The pool and tennis courts were a great addition to beach activities. The beach was across the street within the Sandpiper community. Our family had a great time. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The pictures of the condo are very accurate - it's as beautiful in person.

Reviewer Comments: I liked Sandpiper Cove, but the unit could use some some serious upkeep. The carpets were covered with fur. My 3 year old grandson played on the floor and was covered in it. I showered with 1 tree roach and several silverfish. The locks on the patio doors were broken so PVC pipes in the doors kept them locked. I will not rent that unit again, sorry!
