Completely renovated in May 2016, it features an open-plan kitchen (including dishwasher and oven) connected to the dining area by a serving hatch. The living room includes a sofa, an armchair, and a footstool. The apartment is equipped with two flat-screen TVs. The bedroom has space for a double bed and, if needed, a cot. The interior shower room is small but modern. The large south-facing terrace (approx. 16 sq m) has garden furniture for three people and a beach chair. It offers a lovely view of the lush garden. Wi-Fi, a bicycle shed, a parking space, a cot, and a highchair are included.
