NORDSEE. BÜSUM. SEEQUARTIER 4
The SEEQUARTIER property is located right in the heart of Büsum and boasts five newly renovated apartments whose interior design gives them a feel almost reminiscent of the Hamptons.
Conveniently, the car is parked right in the reserved spot in front of the entrance, which means super-short walks for the luggage and the group. – Great!
The SEEQUARTIER No. 4 vacation apartment, with a small balcony, is located on the upper floor, on the left. The 48-square-meter apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and stylishly furnished. Really great(!)—if you particularly like a piece of decor or furniture, just stop by Treibsel & Mee(h)r in Büsum.
In the living area, you’ll find stylish, comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a dining area that’s right next to the open kitchen. Here you’ll find all the practical kitchen gadgets you need for delicious vacation meals, a perfectly brewed coffee, or whipping up little treats for in between meals. The bathroom has an exterior window and a shower area.
The bedroom, with its wonderfully comfortable box-spring bed and shabby-chic wardrobe for your vacation clothes, has a handy blackout blind in front of the window, so we can keep the first rays of sunshine out a little longer and just roll over for a bit more sleep—after all, we’re on vacation!
SEEQUARTIER No. 4 is designed for a comfortable stay for 2 people. A travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.
Wi-Fi is, of course, also available. In case Grandma, Grandpa, and/or your very best friends are coming along too, be sure to check out the other apartments in the SEEQUARTIER. A great perk of this property: bed linens, towels, and a starter kit are always included.

For arrivals within 5 days, we accept only payments via real-time bank transfer. The SEEQUARTIER is located in Bielshövensand, the laid-back, organically developed part of Büsum. From here, “almost everything” is easily accessible on foot or by bike. It’s a good 500 meters to the beach. The Perlebucht family lagoon is just 1,000 meters away—almost the same distance as the lighthouse at the harbor. The supermarket is practically around the corner; you can stroll to the pedestrian zone with its great shops and restaurants in under 5 minutes, and before you know it, you’re already at the harbor. But the best part is… a delicious, fresh shrimp sandwich is always within reach here! And if Büsum ever starts to feel a bit too cramped, just hop on the excursion steamer to Helgoland or take a stroll over the dike, enjoy the fresh air and the wide-open views, or just see what the sheep are up to. - Super relaxing!

We felt right at home in the vacation rental. We also loved the side balcony with a view of the well-kept garden. The apartment was tastefully furnished, the beds were comfortable, and we had the option of sitting on the couch or at the dining room table on the comfortable new kitchen chairs.

We really liked the accommodation. It’s modern and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed watching the birds in the quiet neighborhood from our balcony. Both the beach

Wir waren noch nie an der Nordsee und hatten keine bestimmten Erwartungen an die Unterkunft oder Umgebung.
Ich glaube, wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Lage, Umgebung, Wetter und Gastgeberwohnung waren wirklich perfekt. Ein toller Aufenthalt, ein wunderbarer Urlaub,
Büsum ist eine Reise wert!

Wir haben ein Freundinnen-Wochenende in dem schönen Appartement verbracht. Für diesen kurzen Zeitraum war alles in Ordnung, allerdings waren die Fußbodenfliesen im Bad sehr schmierig und der Balkon hätte auch sauberer sein können. Ansonsten war alles blitzblank.
Die Lage ist toll, man ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Nur für mich persönlich war das Bett viel zu hart. Aber das ist ein sehr individuelles Empfinden.
