The SEEQUARTIER property is located right in the heart of Büsum and boasts five freshly renovated apartments whose interior design gives them a feel almost reminiscent of the Hamptons.
Conveniently, the car is parked right in the reserved parking spot in front of the entrance, which means super-short walks for luggage and the group. -Great!
The SEEQUARTIER No. 2 vacation rental is located on the first floor and has direct access to the terrace, which is equipped with stylish patio furniture, a parasol, and side privacy screens. The large adjoining lawn is available for everyone to use.
The 35-square-meter apartment itself is super cozy and tastefully furnished. Really great(!)—if you particularly like a piece of decor or furniture, just stop by Treibsel & Mee(h)r in Büsum. The cozy living area features wonderfully comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a dining area right next to the open kitchen. It’s equipped with all the practical kitchen gadgets you’ll need for delicious vacation meals, a perfectly brewed coffee, or whipping up little treats for in between meals.
The shower room is small but charming. The sleeping area, with its wonderfully comfortable box-spring bed (140x200 cm) and shabby-chic closet for your vacation wardrobe, is an absolute favorite spot and a cozy retreat. Ideal for young couples.
SEEQUARTIER No. 2 is designed for a comfortable stay for up to 2 people. A travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. And it’s perfectly fine—your “furry friend” is welcome, too. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. If Grandma, Grandpa, and/or your very best friends are coming along, be sure to check out the other apartments in the SEEQUARTIER.
Kids and dogs can play together on the lawn while the rest of the group relaxes or chats on the outdoor seating area or the private terrace. A great perk of this property: bed linens, towels, and a starter kit are always included.

For arrivals within 5 days, we accept only payments via real-time bank transfer. The SEEQUARTIER is located in Bielshövensand, the laid-back, organically developed part of Büsum. From here, “almost everything” is easily accessible on foot or by bike. It’s a good 500 meters to the beach. The family-friendly Perlebucht lagoon is just 1,000 meters away—almost the same distance as the lighthouse at the harbor. The supermarket is practically around the corner; you can stroll to the pedestrian zone with its great shops and restaurants in under 5 minutes, and just like that, you’re already at the harbor. But the best part is… a delicious, fresh shrimp sandwich is always within reach here! And if Büsum ever starts to feel a bit too cramped, just hop on the excursion steamer to Helgoland or take a stroll over the dike, enjoy the fresh air and the wide-open views, or just see what the sheep are up to. - Super relaxing!

Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand. Leider war der Sonnenschirm zu klein. Sogar für eine Person schwierig Schatten zu bekommen.

Das kleine Appartment war entzückend eingerichtet. Sehr maritim und gemütlich und alles neu und ansprechend. Viele schöne Dekogegenstände. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was für die Essenszubereitung benötigt wird. Die Terrasse war groß und es war schön, dort zu sitzen. Toll war, dass der Hund draußen im Garten sein durfte (der Gemeinschaftsgarten ist aber seitlich nicht komplett zur Straßenseite zu, es empfiehlt sich, eine lange Leine mitzunehmen). Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr gut, sie haben sich sofort bei Kleinigkeiten gekümmert. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Matratze war total hart (bin normalgewichtig) das war etwas schwierig für den Rücken. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine Liebevolle kleine Ferienwohnung, die es an Kleinigkeiten fehlt, um es perfekt zu machen.
Dem kleinen Bad hätte ein automatischer Lüfter sehr gut getan, wie auch Griffe in der Dusche, statt nur Schrauben.
Die Kochnische ist neu und schick, nur mehr Besteck wäre genial gewesen.
Nun zur Wohnzimmer Ecke, leider die Couch und TV an der selben Wand, ist sehr ungünstig, nicht optimal gelöst.
Also ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster tun wir uns nie wieder an, das war grenzwertig, der Platz war nicht das Problem. Man konnte nicht lüften, ein Deckenventilator wäre vielleicht eine Lösung.
Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und groß. Wir hatten schönes Wetter und konnten diese auch sehr nutzen.
Trotz alle dem haben wir uns erholt und es war eine schöne Woche.
