About this house rental
The Garden of Eden is a little corner of happiness nestled on the heights of Mornas, in the heart of Provence.
Surrounded by pine trees and lulled by the song of the cicadas, our family cottage is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends, recharge your batteries and take full advantage of the Provençal sun.
Here, everything is designed for a friendly holiday: children can play freely, while your pets are welcome.
The accommodation
Le Jardin d'Eden is a family semi-detached cottage, attractive by its geographical location:
* 20 minutes from Orange and its ancient theatre.
* 35 minutes from Avignon and its festival.
* 30 minutes from Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche for a day of canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
* 1 hour 15 minutes from the sea.PGJyPgPGJyPg
In this In a small cocoon, you will discover a bright and friendly living room with a sofa bed, a television with access to Netflix and Disney+ (via your subscription), as well as Wi-Fi.
A fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, Tassimo coffee maker, etc.).
On the night side, the cottage has two comfortable bedrooms with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe and hangers.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine complete the equipment for a practical and stress-free stay.
For the little ones, everything is provided: travel cot, high chair for meals and extra bath, in order to travel light and with peace of mind.
Outside, you have a large terrace facing the pool, with a dining area and a barbecue.
A 10 × 5 m swimming pool with deckchairs, as well as a 1,800 m² garden, are to be shared with the owners.

Pool hours: from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm
Children remain under the responsibility of their parents.
Free parking.
Our animal friends are welcome with an extra charge of €5 per day.
Travellers' access
Travellers have access to the entire gîte as well as its private terrace.
They can also enjoy the swimming pool (shared with the owners), accessible from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, as well as the shared garden.
A barbecue is available on the terrace to share good meals with family or friends.
Parking is free inside the property.
Other remarks
Pillows, duvets, bed linen, shower towels, bath mats and dish towels are provided.

A deposit will be required upon arrival. If the conditions of the stay are respected and the accommodations are returned in good condition, it will be fully refunded.
Any damage will be retained from the deposit, especially in the case of stained bedding.
