In the heart of our small Provençal village of Piolenc, and in a Scandinavian atmosphere, let yourself be seduced by the Oulivastre and its indoor swimming pool heated all year round.
Ideal for holidays: New house of 120m2 with a capacity of 5 to 7 people.
A master suite, with walk-in shower and toilet.
A second bedroom with 3 single beds (possibility of hanging 2 beds and allowing a real double bed) + a bathroom and separate toilet.
A convertible sofa in the south-facing living room, with terrace and garden access. BBQ facilities are available.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave ...)
From the living room, you access the heated swimming pool (5 * 3), and its counter-current swimming. Possibility to open all the bay windows and take full advantage of nature and the garden. Moment of relaxation guaranteed!
Cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Vehicles are parked in front of the house, the land is fenced and closed by a gate.
The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning.
