On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and a second full bathroom with a bathtub.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Private parking is also included for guests' convenience.
Guests have exclusive access to the communal swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and cooling off under the Canarian sun. Please note that access to the pool requires registration at the building's reception office upon arrival.
