Good to know: there's no air conditioning or heating. Las Palmas stays mild all year (roughly 18–26°C) and a portable fan is provided.

It’s a short walk from the historic Vegueta neighbourhood, famous for its cobblestone streets and colonial architecture. The area is close to landmarks like the Casa de Colón museum and the Catedral de Santa Ana, and just a few minutes from the Las Canteras Beach promenade. Local cafes, restaurants, and cultural spots make it a vibrant spot for both visitors and residents.
