Arranged across three floors and connected by internal stairs, the home features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a hand-held shower over the bath, and a second with a separate bath and walk-in shower.
The inviting living room is designed for relaxing, with a deep blue velvet sofa, patterned rugs, well-stocked bookshelves, abundant greenery and colourful contemporary artwork. The adjoining dining area provides a comfortable space for meals or working from home. The modern kitchen is equipped with practical appliances and also features a television, while the main bedroom has its own television for added convenience.
Outside, a private patio offers a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after exploring London. Throughout the home, rich textiles, collected furnishings and artistic touches create a warm, creative atmosphere that feels distinctly individual.

Hillgate Village is one of Notting Hill’s most charming residential enclaves, known for its colourful streets, attractive period homes and village-like atmosphere. From here, guests can browse the antiques, independent shops and market stalls of Portobello Road, explore the boutiques and cafés of Westbourne Grove, or visit Kensington Palace and the surrounding gardens. Holland Park is also nearby, offering woodland walks, peaceful gardens and the beautiful Japanese Kyoto Garden.
The surrounding area has an excellent food and drink scene. The Hillgate is a welcoming neighbourhood pub tucked behind Notting Hill Gate, while The Churchill Arms on Kensington Church Street is one of the area’s most recognisable traditional pubs. Along Portobello Road, Gold offers contemporary dining and a lively late-night bar, while Ottolenghi on Ledbury Road is a popular choice for colourful Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired dishes.
Transport connections are excellent. Notting Hill Gate Underground Station is approximately one hundred and thirty metres away and is served by the Central, Circle and District lines, providing direct connections towards Oxford Circus, Bond Street, Paddington, Victoria, Westminster and the City. Holland Park Underground Station is around six hundred metres away and is served by the Central line, with straightforward journeys towards Shepherd’s Bush, Tottenham Court Road, Liverpool Street and Bank. Queensway Underground Station is approximately seven hundred metres away and is also served by the Central line, offering convenient access to Marble Arch, Bond Street, Oxford Circus and central London.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
