Please Note
• This home is available exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer, making it ideal for extended vacations, relocations, remote work, or executive housing.
• Located in a quiet mountain neighborhood, we ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours.
• The driveway is steep. AWD or 4WD is required during winter weather.
• There is no air conditioning. Mountain temperatures are typically mild, with cool evenings throughout much of the year.
• Check-out time is firm to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparing the home for future guests.

Guest access
As our guests, you will have access to the entire home, including the large parking area. We will reach out to you on the date of your arrival with a custom door code for entry.

Other things to note
**The home is located in the foothills and is accessed by a semi-steep, paved driveway. During winter weather and occasional spring snow, 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive (AWD) with appropriate tires is required for safe access.

Please plan accordingly based on current weather and road conditions. Guests are responsible for any towing or roadside assistance that may be needed due to vehicle or weather-related access issues.

• NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.
• Surveillance devices on property: There are two exterior cameras on site. There's one above the garages, and the other is above the front door.
• The propane gas grill on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.

• The home is currently listed for sale. We will need your willingness to cooperate with any showings. We will require at least 24 hours notice for a showing, and any showing time will be confirmed with you before it is scheduled.

• *Please Note: This is a private mountain home in a quiet residential setting, and we ask that guests help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.

*Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
*Pets are not permitted, although service animals may be accommodated as required by applicable law. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss your needs and any applicable requirements.
*Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Excessive noise, unauthorized parties, or repeated disturbances may result in termination of the stay in accordance with the rental terms.
