The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features one comfortable double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower over the bath. Situated on the third floor with lift access, the apartment is positioned towards the rear of the building, offering a quieter and more peaceful setting away from the main road. The bedroom is simply styled for a restful stay and provides generous storage through double wardrobes and drawers.

The light-filled living and dining area has a relaxed, characterful feel, with a comfortable sofa, yellow velvet armchair, television, colourful accents and sleek built-in cabinetry. The furniture is newly installed, and the freshly painted walls give the space a bright, well-presented finish. A round dining table provides an inviting place for meals and can also be used as a laptop-friendly workspace.

South Hampstead offers an excellent balance between residential North London and easy access to some of the capital’s most popular neighbourhoods. Nearby Hampstead is known for its village atmosphere, independent shops, historic streets and Hampstead Heath, where guests can enjoy open green spaces, scenic walks and views from Parliament Hill. Cultural highlights include Keats House, Kenwood House and the renowned Hampstead Theatre, while the area also offers a strong selection of cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs, including Japanese favourite Jin Kichi and the historic Flask.

Swiss Cottage is also close by, with its Odeon cinema and local amenities, while lively West Hampstead offers an excellent mix of cafés, restaurants and bars centred around West End Lane. Nearby St John’s Wood and Belsize Park are ideal for relaxed walks, attractive residential streets and further dining options. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
