Having access to the entire apartment for a good price (given its location).
Other people’s part used toiletries were in the bathroom.
And there was a workman at the property for the first hour of my stay who had used the keys to access the apartment (which made getting initial access into the property difficult).

The property is conveniently close to the train station and other amenities. The fan and cooling system worked well, especially in the hot summer. It’s clean and well-presented. The host provided a great response and communication interface.
The only challenge was the property being on the top floor. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.

Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Cucina perfetta, bagno comodo. La posizione non è centrale ma è molto comoda, stazione metro di Swiss Cottage a 10 minuti a piedi e da lì si arriva in centro in pochi minuti. Quartiere molto tranquillo con negozi, Tesco Express, pub e ristoranti vicini.
Lo consiglio.
Si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina molto tranquilla. Non è adatto a chi ha problemi nel fare le scale.

The place was nice and clean as on the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet. Tubes/trains and shops were nearby
The host. Very poor to no communication. They don’t really know their apartments, as they seem to host many from out of the country. On the second day the sink in the kitchen was leaking and I told the host, they never responded to me. Even called her but not much. Only (tried to) helped me getting the power back on.
The rooms can get really hot. So be aware if going in the summer
