The location was great as close to transports and quiet, the price was reasonable for London, the flat was clean and well equipped.
The flat wasn't prepared for 4 people as per the booking but for 3, so we had to hunt round the apartment for extra bedding and towels at 1 in the morning. We also had to buy toilet paper.
