Quiet leafy location. Very little traffic. Comfortable lounge and dining area
Lots of cupboards had paint pots and tools which looked as if they had been put away in a hurry during renovation work. Better to put them all in one locked cupboard. Upstairs was lovely. Downstairs was a little tired giving the impression it might have renovations in progress. Could do with a teapot.

Nice kitchen living area
Good quiet area of st johns walking distance to high street and lords cricket ground
Unfortunatly not cleaned before arrival time but on calling they rectified this and gave £50 reimbursement .
Was expecting balcony but was basement flat
Small bathroom in need of a bit of a spruce up

Location was great
The rooms were dated, with damage to doors and carpets present. On our first morning the building was scaffolded. This started at 8am and had drilling outside the door of the property. The scaffolding rendered the outside space unusable. We were in town for sightseeing but it was a shame the building was having works which were very loud every morning.
