Świetny nowy i czysty apartament. Był dostępny parking przy obiekcie, co jest nieocenione w centrum dużego miasta. Była też winda, bo apartament na 3 piętrze. Kontakt z właścicielem jak i dostęp do lokalu idealny. Przez 9 dni mieszkało się bardzo wygodnie. Dni były już chłodniejsze, wiec przydała sie klimatyzacja z pompą ciepła. Kaloryferów nie zauważyliśmy. Za to były obok łóżka książki. Jedną udało się przeczytać. Apartament nadaje się na krótki pobyt, ale też na kilkudniowy.
Nie było wiele niedogodności. Jedynie drobiazgi, które wychodzą przy dłuższym pobycie. Nam zabrakło zwykłej miotły, a w wyposażeniu aneksu kuchennego nie było sitka.

Przestronny, bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony w nowoczesny sprzęt. Polecam każdemu kto lubi dobry gust i wygodę. Wszystko sprawne i zadbane. Dla wynajmujących na dłużej wspaniale wyposażony aneks kuchenny w salonie. Obok parking. Zameldowanie „na kod”, bez zarzutu i stresu. Gdybym wracał do Zielonej Góry z pewnością wynajmę powtórnie.

Bardzo fajny, czysty apartament. Ma wszystko, co trzeba. W lodówce mleko do kawy, woda (gazowana i niegazowana) itd. Obsługa super. No i balkonik z ładnym widokiem na miasto. Parking pod samym budunkiem jest darmowy, tylko trzeba wcześniej dać znać gospodarzom, żeby zarezerwowali. A co najważniejsze – do centrum jest jakieś 150 metrów. Mega zadowoleni jesteśmy z pobytu, bardzo polecam
