Drzewna Apartamenty-Żeromskiego, Stare Miasto

My wife was born in Zielona Gora, so we are very familiar with the city. We were traveling with two other couples, and we specifically wanted to stay in the "Old Town." We were able to rent 3 apartments next to each other on the third floor. The apartments were very functional with bed, small kitchenette, table and chairs.

These apartments were billed as "upper floor." Had we realized they were 3rd floor apartments with no elevator we may have considered other options. Just after our arrival, our daughter discovered her air conditioner was not working and my wife discovered two of three shower traps with filthy and clogged. My oldest granddaughter didn't want to inspect hers. My wife cleaned both traps. We immediately contacted the owner via text who responded this was the first time he heard of any trouble with the AC. He made no mention of the clogged traps. He concluded his response by saying he'd have a repair technician contact us. We received no call from his AC tech, my daughter vacated her apartment a day earlier and we never received any apology or thank you for cleaning those filthy shower traps. Additionally, every time the sink water was run, or toilets were flushed there was a loud grinding sound. You couldn't use either at night for fear of waking up persons. Overall, this owner's lack of accountability should give others pause in renting any of his units.

Krępującą hałaśliwość młynka kanalizacyjnego, bardzo zniechęcające i trudne do znalezienia wejście do budynku.

Lokalizacja oraz designerski, choć dość tani, wystrój

Zapach chloru, powierzchnia „apartamentu“ deklarowana na 30mkw, w rzeczywistości nie więcej niż 17mkw, klatka schodowa, „widok“ na komin i agregaty klimatyzacji z okna
