Praktycznie wszystko mi się podobał. Apartament nieduży, bardzo czysty, porządnie wyposażony, rewelacyjnie położony (praktycznie 20m obok rynku). Klimatyzacja działała bez problemu. Parkowanie może stanowić lekkie wyzwanie, ale udało się znaleźć miejsce bez problemu, sporo sklepów, knajpek, bardzo blisko wszelkie atrakcje (palmiarnia, muzea...). Informacja turystyczna 40 metrów od budynku. Bardzo wygodne opcje z kluczami (PIN lub karta).
Jedyny problem dotyczył blokującego się dekodera (dla nas było to problemem, bo bardzo dużo zwiedzaliśmy, ale dla innych może to mieć znaczenie).

Lokalizacja na Starym Mieście, duży metraż apartamentu, czystość obiektu.
Surowy , "zimny" wystrój apartamentu, brak dekoracji, brak zasłon w salonie, niewygodna rozkładana kanapa do spania w salonie, kiepska bateria w zlewie kuchennym, uginający się brodzik w prysznicu (ryzyko upadku), patelnia do smażenia w złym stanie, 3 piętro bez windy, gołębie na dachu budzą o świcie. Brak miejsca do parkowania.
