This historic Balboa Island 5 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom home located on the front row of Newport Harbor offers spectacular views of the boating activities and the harbor. There is access to the harbor beaches directly across from the front porch of this fully remodeled home. Amenities include a fully equipped updated kitchen, updated en-suite bathrooms for all bedrooms, and a 5th bedroom as an oversized bonus children's room with bunkbed's and a TV den area. - We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
