Located on the most desirable Bay Front street on Balboa Island and completely renovated in 2017 and refreshed every year, this oceanfront duplex offers sweeping views of Newport Harbor, sunsets, and the iconic Pavilion. Enjoy the ever changing luxury boating scene from Super Yachts to Electric Boats cruising up the bay. The home consists of two exquisitely designed rental units (rented separately with separate Vrbo numbers) each with A/C, a gas barbecue, washer/dryer, 1 mid-size car garage and just minutes to the Balboa Island Ferry and Peninsula Fun Zone.
The Upper Unit has two upstairs entrances which are separate from the downstairs unit with a panoramic private patio view deck overlooking the harbor, ideal for outdoor dining. The living room has two charming day beds with storage which can be used by younger guests for sleeping, as well as a gas fireplace. The adjacent open kitchen features a 6 burner stainless gas range with dual ovens, honed Black Absolute granite counters and a spacious single basin sink. The primary bedroom with king bed has an en suite bath with sleek white marble counters and dual vanities. There is a second bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath which also serves as a guest bathroom for visitors, as well as a third bedroom with king bed and en suite bath. Very chic, light and bright decor with ceiling fans throughout.

We are a local family that needed a place to stay while work was done on our home after a water leak. Balboa Island is a wonderful place and this home did not disappoint. The views are amazing, beds are comfortable, and house is clean. We enjoyed all the restaurants within walking distance and loved sunsets on the patio. Hope to find an excuse to stay here again!
