About this house rental
Located on the most desirable Bay Front street on Balboa Island and completely renovated in 2026. This Bayfront duplex, with each unit renting separately with separate Vrbo numbers has sweeping views of Newport Harbor, sunsets, and the iconic Pavilion. Enjoy the ever changing luxury boating scene from Super Yachts to Electric Boats cruising up the bay. Each unit has A/C, a gas barbecue, washer/dryer, 1 mid-size car garage and just minutes to the Island Ferry and Peninsula Fun Zone.
The Lower Unit features an open great room upon entry, leading to a bayfront private brick patio with sweeping Newport Harbor views. The adjacent kitchen includes a stainless range with double ovens, honed Black Absolute granite counters and counter seating for five. The primary bedroom with king bed has an en suite bath with white marble counter and custom tile work. There is a second guest room with king bed which shares a bath with an adjacent guest room with two twin beds, as well as a convenient half bath for guests. All bedrooms have blackout shades, with ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout. The beach is practically at the front door!
6 guests maximum occupancy overnight; 6 guest maximum on oceanfront patio; no large parties or events.

This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back! It’s even better than the photos. Location is perfect — walk to restaurants, shops, or ferry, and beach is literally right out the back doors.

This was our 4th stay at this manager's property. All have been wonderful experiences with properties that exceeded expectations. We just hope there is availability when we need it! Communication is the best I have experienced on VRBO.

Julie was absolutely amazing and made our stay so great:) The house is clean & so beautiful. The patio quickly became our favorite spot to start and end our days. The location is perfect with so much to do all around you. Can’t wait to come back to visit soon!
