We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent for what we were looking for. We could easily walk to the ferry and Marine Avenue. The owner created a beautiful yet comfortable environment to relax and enjoy Balboa. Matt was great with communication and support for any questions or needs we had while we were there. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this property!

Matt is absolutely the best! And the house is perfect! Home is just a couple houses down from the bay, which is perfect for a morning or afternoon walks ! Also close to downtown area which has special shops and restaurants. The home is decorated to perfection and so comfortable and homey. It has everything we needed for cooking and beds are soft and comfy. We had a family emergency while visiting and needed to extend our visit and Matt was great with extending our stay. I am just happy that his home was available so we didn't have to move somewhere else. I hope we can return in the near future and stay for an extended period! It is truly a "special" place! Thanks Matt for everything!

The property was fantastic! The hosts left no detail overlooked. It was clean, wonderfully decorated, and convenient to both Marine Ave and the ferry. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Balboa Island.
