About this house rental
Step into relaxation along the Grand Canal at the Center of the Island! Sunny and spacious home on the water with beach access, private dock and private roof patio. Home has modern appliances, new bbq, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens two bath tubs and a patio with fire pit in the front of the Home. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views of the water.Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patio is great for breakfast next to the water. In the Garage we have an EV charger as well. Large garage provides easy parking.
Private dock, roof patio and water access provides additional serenity and quiet. Sunrise, moon rise and sunset views!
Whole house. (Please note: there is one back unit above the garage that has a separate entrance and one long-term lease tenant).
