Step out your back door to the Sanitas and Dakota Ridge trailhead, or take a short walk through beautiful, historic neighborhoods to Pearl Street for restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown Boulder.
The home is approximately 6 blocks from Pearl St, 1.7 miles north of CU Boulder and easily accessible by foot, bike, or scooter, making it a convenient and enjoyable commute to campus.
