The Space:
Edgewood Station is a modern mountain chalet with stunning views just minutes from Hunter Mountain. Built for groups, this five bedroom, four and a half bath retreat sleeps up to 11 and pairs sleek mountain design with a standout lineup of amenities, from a home gym and indoor sauna to a wraparound deck with jaw dropping views of the Catskill peaks.
Step inside to an oversized entry with a powder room just off to the left. Beyond it, the open concept living and dining room unfolds around a massive stone fireplace, the natural centerpiece of the home. The large dining table seats the whole group with room to spare, and the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook for a crowd.
The main floor holds two guest bedrooms that share a bathroom with a standing shower. One bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other is set up with a full over full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Upstairs, two ensuite bedrooms, one featuring a king size bed and one with a queen, each has their own gas fireplace for cozy nights after a day on the mountain. One ensuite has a spacious bathroom with a standing shower, while the primary suite adds a TV and a spa-like bathroom with an oversized standing shower and a soaking tub. Off the main living space there are steps to another bedroom with to a private ensuite and a queen bed and single bed.
Downstairs, the lower level is an entertaining paradise. Settle in for movie night with the projector screen and cozy movie nook, gather the group at the poker table, or keep up your routine with a full home gym featuring free weights and a rowing machine. When it is time to unwind, the indoor sauna is just steps away.
Outside, sliding doors off the dining room open onto a covered section of the deck, where soaring ceilings and overhead fans shade an oversized sectional couch built for spreading out around the built-in outdoor stone fireplace. The deck wraps around the house, opening up to long views of the Catskill peaks, with an outdoor dining table, a Traeger pellet smoker, and chairs set to face the view. There is a trailhead at the end of the driveway, so you can walk from the front door directly onto the Warner Creek trail which links up with the Devils Path in 3 miles.
Edgewood Station is just 5 minutes from the Devil's Path trailhead at Devil's Tombstone and the falls at Diamond Notch, with Hunter Mountain only 10 minutes away for skiing, hiking, and dining. Tannersville's historic main street offers more shopping and dining options. Phoenicia is 15 minutes south for river tubing on the Esopus, and small town charm, while Woodstock is about 35 minutes away with its galleries, boutiques, celebrated arts scene. Getting Around:
Edgewood Station is about 2 hours from New York City and guests can travel around by car as it is a rural area with limited public transportation. The main route to access the town is the New York State Thruway (I-87N) to NY-28W.
In the winter, we highly recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.

The bedroom up the stairs off of the main living area does not have air conditioning, all other rooms in the home do.
