Welcome to your ultimate mountain retreat! This spacious and inviting log home is designed to attract seasonal or monthly guests seeking a charming getaway upstate. Snow Nirvana is truly your home away from the city, complete with a dedicated workspace for remote work. Nestled in a picturesque location, you'll be treated to stunning views of the mountains, valleys, and ski slopes, all while enjoying the luxury and convenience of this beautifully appointed residence.
Starting in 2025, this brand-new log home will be available for occupancy. Located just seven miles from Windham Ski Resort and three miles from Hunter Ski Resort, it sits near the end of Eagles Nest Road, at the very top of the mountain. Imagine a Swiss ski lodge hidden on a sprawling 5-acre estate at the mountain's summit, surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine private wilderness. A private porte-cochère welcomes you upon arrival, providing a sense of exclusivity from the moment you step in.
Every room in this sanctuary boasts breathtaking views of Hunter Mountain's slopes. Unwind or work out in your own 16-foot heated Aspen Swim Spa/hot tub while soaking in the stunning vistas. Stay active in the free weight gym, enjoy a steam in one of the steam showers, challenge friends to a game of pool, or shoot some hoops. For relaxation, gather around the impressive wood-burning fireplace with a Samsung Art/Frame TV, or enjoy music through Sonos and Bluetooth speakers.
The lower level is perfect for kids and teenagers, featuring a 75-inch TV, Xbox, pool table, steam shower, and weight room. Just outside the sliding doors, you’ll find the swim spa, hot tub, and fire pit, all easily visible from the upper adult levels.
If you have a culinary enthusiast in your group, they'll love the open kitchen equipped with double filtered water, a 48-inch Thor double gas range, a complete appliance package, a Wolf toaster, a Cuisinart coffee grinder/maker, a Weber gas grill, a Raclette/Fondue oven, a food dehydrator, a Ninja air fryer, and a pod Keurig, among other amenities.
We prefer monthly or seasonal rentals, offering a special deal: stay for a month at the cost of just 20 days. Our goal is to introduce the property to groups through weekly rentals, with the hope that they may wish to return for longer stays in the future. New York City and Westhampton Beach and travel frequently, we can only enjoy Snow Nirvana for a few months each year. We share our other homes with repeat guest in a similar fashion.
