NEW Luxury renovated Hunter Catskills modern house is the perfect getaway for friends and families to enjoy located minutes from skiing + downtown. There really isn't any reason to leave this amazing place with your own sauna, star gazing dome, lake, fire pit, hot tub, arcade games, infinity game table, and a wood burning stove! Also don't forget about those Hunter Mountain views! I promise you won't be disappointed:)
Maple Lodge is a perfect place to gather with friends or family with 7 bedrooms - sleeps 18- and attention to detail everywhere you look! Family friendly amenities are everywhere and try your luck with 2 different arcade games and play all the favorite 40+ board games on the electronic Infinity game table! Sit down and relax with everyone around the fire pit, hot tub, or wood burning stove, sauna, and star gazing dome your choice! Beautiful mountain and waterfront lake views and enjoy your private dock with kayaks and paddleboards. By booking you agree to have read and understood the below:
* All types of outdoor equipment must stay outdoors. We kindly ask that you don't bring in your ski, biking, hiking or any other gear inside as it will damage the home and you will be responsible for the costs.
* Two pet maximum and pets must be pre-approved and kept off furniture. You will be responsible for any damages.
* No smoking inside the property. You will be responsible for all costs if there is smoke of any kind inside the home.
* No parties allowed and all noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm per local laws.
* It is recommended to have vehicles that are capable of handling mountain weather and the driveway.
* This property is monitored via exterior cameras at the front entrance for your safety
* Rental agreement is required to be signed with a valid government issued ID. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
* There will be no refunds for any reason outside of the cancellation policy. It is highly recommended to get travel insurance for your protection. Unfortunately I can't control the weather or have any control on events or cancellations:(

This house was perfect for us. The location to Hunter Mountain was great. It’s a quick 4-5 minute drive through the neighborhood. So convenient getting to and from the slopes!The house is set up with a large foyer that allowed us to take off our ski boots before entering the main house. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked out well as we cooked nice dinners every night. The owner was always available quickly and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and all of the linens were very nice. The house had lots to f portable heaters to use if we needed a little extra warmth. The house was ready earlier than the stated checkin time, so the owner reached out to me to let us know could checkin earlier! That was a nice plus as we arrived early and were waiting at a rest area until we could drive over to the house at 4 pm. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental if you need space for a large group!!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at the property. The house is clean, is in a great location close to Hunter and Windham, and the host, TJ, was always prompt and helpful in his responses. Thank you!
