The Space:
The guest house features two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, providing a cozy and convenient setup for an extended stay.
Both bedrooms feature daybeds that can be converted into king-size beds. One bedroom is already set up as a king bed, while the other is configured as a daybed. The second bedroom can easily be converted into two twin beds or a king bed—just let us know your preferred setup prior to arrival, and we’ll have it prepared for you.
One of the bedrooms also features a built-in bunk bed with two twin-size beds tucked into the closet, providing a fun sleeping option for two small children.
The home also includes a mini kitchen area with the essentials for your stay, including:
● Mini refrigerator
● Ice maker
● Microwave
● Coffee maker
The space is ideal for guests who don't need a full-size kitchen or access to on-site laundry but still want the convenience of being able to keep drinks and food on hand, prepare simple meals, and enjoy coffee from the comfort of home.
Located off of the main house, the swimming pool overlooks Lake LBJ, creating an incredible backdrop for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Texas Hill Country sunsets. The pool area also features a gas grill for outdoor cookouts. Guests planning to use the grill should bring their own propane for their stay.
With multiple spaces to gather, relax, entertain, or simply enjoy the views, the home is designed to make an extended stay feel comfortable, convenient, and special.
🔴 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS 🔴
● Check-In Form & Rental Agreement: Must be completed and submitted prior to check-in. All guests 18 years and older are required to provide a copy of a valid driver’s license or passport for screening purposes.
● Renter’s Insurance: Guests are required to obtain and maintain their own renter’s insurance for the duration of their stay.
● Guest Shield Fee: An $85 monthly Guest Shield fee is charged in addition to the monthly rent.
● Monthly Housekeeping: Monthly professional house cleaning is required at $330 per month and will be added to the monthly rent.
