Cocoonr is offering this studio for rent in Antibes, in the Juan-les-Pins neighbourhood. It is less than 300 metres from the beaches, measures 23 m² and can accommodate up to two guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 23 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed (140 x 190),
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 6 m² south-west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
