Bien, mais sans plus.
L'appartement est bien situé. L'hôte est ponctuel.
Photo tape à l'oeil. L'appartement ressemble à un chantier non terminé. Il y a des trous dans les murs. Aucun mousticaire, les maringouins se réjouissent durant la nuit. Il n'y a qu'une grosse couette épaisse, ce n'est pas très pratique quand il faut 30 degrés dehors (note, il fait tjrs 30 degrés dehors). La cuisinette n'est pas très utile tellement il fait chaud et qu'il y a peu d'espace. L'hote a arrêté de répondre lorsque je lui ai demandé pour des mousticaires et une couette moins epaisse.

Un piccolo balcone con vista mare . L'arredamento abbastanza curato la comodità dei servizi ( supermercato e forno ) . La distanza dal mare ( 600 metri ) e dal centro ( 600/700 metri)
Il divano a letto e i cuscini -Alcuni dettagli dell'appartamento , probabilmente ristrutturato da poco e non completato.

Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und pieksauber, in der Küchenzeile findet sich das Notwendigste. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Unten im Gebäude gibt es einen (teuren) Supermarkt, die Straße hinunter nach 300m einen ausgezeichneten Bäcker und einen weiteren Supermarkt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur gute 10 Minuten. Da Fenster und Balkon nach hinten hinaus liegen, hört man von der ohnehin nicht allzu lauten Straße gar nichts. Das Internet funktioniert bestens, ich war auch gut mit Handtüchern etc. ausgestattet. Für Juan des Pins ist Preis fast konkurrenzlos.
Das Schlafsofa ist nichts für empfindliche Rücken und auch tagsüber keine gute Sitzgelegenheit für diejenigen, die mehr als nur übernachten wollen. Wie schon andere Gäste habe auch ich länger bei der Schlüsselübergabe warten müssen, ca. 25 Minuten, was ein bisschen unnötig ist, da die Dame offenbar im selben Gebäudekomplex wohnt und rechtzeitig informiert war.

Pulizia da rivedere...
La struttura era carina e comoda come appoggio per un soggiorno breve. Posizione favorevole: circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e circa 5 dalla stazione di Juan les Pins. Nei dintorni anche supermercati e un forno dove fare colazione a pochi metri.
La pulizia non era delle migliori. Abbiamo trovato piatti con macchie di sugo, capelli sulle lenzuola, federe dei cuscini con macchie che sembravano non fossero state mai pulite. C'era anche molta polvere sparsa sui mobili in particolare nella ventola nel lampadario e nel ventilatore extra fornito dalla struttura. C'erano a disposizione anche asciugamani puliti ma odoravano di fumo di sigaretta.

Appartamento in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Antibes e le principali spiagge, peccato l’assenza di parcheggio che ti costringe a doverlo cercare in zona ad ogni rientro. Molto accogliente il nostro Host che si è preoccupato di avere più di una conferma del nostro arrivo e del nostro effettivo check-in. Buona rete Wi-Fi.
Consiglio vivamente di aggiungere delle zanzariere all’ alloggio, purtroppo la presenza di zanzare è stata piuttosto notevole. Il divano letto non molto comodo, consiglio anche una revisione della pulizia delle lenzuola fornite. Tutto sommato però visto il prezzo offerto rispetto alla media di Antibes il soggiorno è stato ok
