Located in a quiet residential area 500m from downtown, the beaches of Antibes and Juan les Pins, Mas de Tanit is a residence decorated with a landscaped park with swimming pool.
This location allows guests to enjoy the beach atmosphere and the animation of a festive city of the French Riviera (Nice, Monaco, Cannes ...).
Marineland will delight children during the period from late March to late September.

Since this comfortable 27m2 studio with terrace (9m2), on the first floor, you are just minutes walk from the beaches and shops of Antibes and Juan les Pins. Digital lock and guard in the residence. underground parking space in the residence which is absolutely essential in the months of July and August.

The studio apartment is quite comfortable for 2 people, especially with the extra small space with a bunk bed which we used to organize our belongings, as we stayed there for a month. A major drawback is that sheets and towels do not come with the studio! It's hard to imagine expecting people to bring these with them on a vacation. We bought and left towels and the owner loaned us a bottom sheet. Otherwise, the location is good and we enjoyed our stay.

Explication de l’appartement très rapide et non explicite propreté médiocre et odeur dans l’appartement infecte annonce pour 5 personnes alors que 2 personnes ne tiennent pas dans une pièce aucune rangement, une chaleur atroce, des matelas pitoyables à vous cassez le dos séjour raté à éviter de tout possible !!!!

L'appartement est idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre Juan-les-Pins et Antibes, à quelques minutes à pied des plages et des commerces, par ailleurs, l'équipement est très complet, il ne manquait rien, et en prime super accueil de Sandrine la représentante. Seul bémol, l'appartement était très sale lors de la prise de possession : sable et cheveux un peu partout, tétines et papiers divers sous les meubles et le lit, couche de poussière sur les appareils et ustensiles, restes d'aliments dans le four, boutons des plaques de cuisson et du four poisseux, traces de dentifrice dans le lavabo, glace fondue dans le freezer, etc … pour cette raison j'enlève une étoile.

I have been living for 1 month. The appartment is nice due to the fact it has everything you need and the attention of the host is very good. The only negative point is that the WiFi is not included, you must buy a data plan.

The apartment is well located, close to different bus lines, supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is also near by. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and it has good quality appliances in a big number. One big issue is the bed. I took the apartment because it had a double bed (unlike many other accommodations in the area), but it is actually a bed of 1.5 places, therefore not that big. It was also difficult for me to sleep on that bed because it has some dust (it needs some ventilation - allergy). I ended up sleeping in the sofa-bed which is extremely noise, although it is comfortable for being a sofa-bed. The other big issue that I had was the internet. There is no internet! There is a scares contract of 1GB per week or 5GB per month and it is not even that fast. The owner offered me one week for free (thank you for that), but I did not use it much because it was very slow (3G). I ended up using EU roaming. I did not like this matter because it was one of my filters when I was looking for the accommodation. The TV programming is quite good, with plenty of films in the evening (but not on the weekends). There are also many channels. It was a good point to compensated the lack of internet connection or watching video streaming. I am not sure that I would repeat if I were to go back, but it would also depend on my visit. This time I was there for work maybe if your stay is for leisure it may be worth it. Again the flat is worth it, but it lacks this two things.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé dans une jolie résidence bien entretenue. La localisation est parfaite, à 5 minutes de marche du coeur animé de Juan et proche des plages de Juan et Antibes. Nous avons apprécié la présence du parking sous terrain car il est très difficile de se garer dans Juan. Très belle piscine dans la résidence , hélas trop fréquentée en plein mois d'août. Une mention spéciale également pour l'accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée. Bref, que du positif. Je recommande!

I stayed in Antibes during two months and the apartment was according to description. Very good central heating and ventilation. Good location in a quiet area near Juan les Pins with its lovely sunsets. Shops, restaurants and tourist office just minutes away. There is an underground garage but you really don´t need a car. Buses are frequent and cheap. I really recommend this studio.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé en général, l'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Pour deux personnes c'est idéal. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'accueil a été très sympathique et chaleureux. Mme ROUSSELIN a été de très bons conseils pour les visites. La piscine est propre, agréable et assez grande (nous avons testé hors saison). Nous avons moins aimé le fait que l'appartement soit assez sombre dû à son exposition (ce qui peut tout de même être un point positif en cas de forte chaleur...) et la qualité de la literie. La proximité entre voisins peut s'avérer être dérangeante au vu du grand nombre de logements. Sinon la localisation de l'appartement entre Antibes et Juan les pins est agréable puisque nous pouvions tout faire à pieds. Il est à noter que la présence de la place de parking est un point positif. À bientôt.

Beau studio avec tout confort , Très bien situé, à proximité de tout, commerces et plages. Pour preuve ma mère de 85 ans seule, n' a eu aucune contrainte pour se déplacer matin et soir. Donc à conseiller pour les gents qui veulent passer un très bon séjour.

La terrasse offre un réel espace de vie (en été) en plus pour le studio. Ainsi, on peut facilement y séjourner à 5 sans se marcher dessus. Très bien équipée, cette location ne manque vraiment de rien (ventilateur, machine à café, bouilloire, table à repasser, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain; sèche-cheveux...). Il ne faut marcher que 10 min pour rejoindre la plage mais au moins 30 depuis le vieil Antibes, cela se fait assez facilement en longeant la côte. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

L appartement est très bien aménagé tout est prévu pour qu il soit très fonctionnel, il est très propre et très agréable.De plus il est très bien situé proche du centre ville et des plages.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances les enfants étaient ravis. Cerise sur le gâteau les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et répondent très rapidement à toute question.

Appartement vraiment top, très fonctionnel, il est très bien aménagé et très bien équipé. Tout est neuf. Nous avons passé 5 semaines à 4 dedans et au vu de la superficie de cet appartement nous craignons un peu le manque de place, mais vu l'aménagement de celui-ci ça c'est très bien passé. De plus, les propriétaires sont à disposition dès le besoin de faire appel à eux. Rien à rajouter sur le fait que l'appart' et les propriétaires sont au top. Je le recommande vivement.
