About this apartment rental
Secure one-bedroom apartment on second floor with lift, in modern, gated development. Set in a quiet residential area with large private community swimming pool (see note below), spacious pool terrace and shaded gardens. Spectacular views over the Med, Nice, the Alps from large balcony/terrace. Sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children. (up to 10 years old)
Car Parking:
Secure underground private garage parking, with lift to the apartment.
Visitor car parking spaces inside the gates may also be used.

All bed linenand towels supplied (but not beach towels or equipment)

Approximately 1.5 km from Antibes town centre - 15 km from Nice Airport - 1 km from Gare d.Antibes - Supermarket, take-aways and bakery 3 minute walk.
Local Transport
Frequent shuttle bus to/from Antibes stopping 100 m from entrance. - Bus to Nice and Cannes stops 200 m away. For journeys further afield, Antibes Railway Station is approx. 1 km away.
Note:s Swimming pool opens from 1st May to 30th September.
Garage suitable for most cars. . Garage not suitable for cars more than approx. 4.6 m long.
