This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide and no steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. The door from the villa to the pool terrace is 70cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide, with no steps, the outside terrace area is paved and flat with 4 steps into the pool. The kitchen/dining area and the lounge area are open plan. The ground floor bedroom door is 76cm wide, and the door to the ensuite is 66cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower.
