The studio is designed for relaxed city living, balancing comfort and convenience. The living area invites you to unwind on the sofa after a day exploring Melbourne, with natural light filtering through to keep the space feeling open and airy. The space opens directly onto the balcony, where elevated views stretch across the Yarra River toward Crown and the Southbank skyline.
The kitchenette is ideal for preparing light snacks or an easy breakfast, featuring a Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and essential cookware. With many of Melbourne’s renowned restaurants within walking distance, dining out is all part of the experience. Nearby, a compact dining table provides a quiet spot for morning coffee before heading out for the day.
As night falls, the queen bed becomes a comfortable place to unwind, with a wall-mounted TV ideal for late-night movies. The bathroom continues the modern feel, finished with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries for easy daily routines. While there is no in-unit laundry, the building offers a shared laundry facility with coin-operated washers and dryers for $7 per use.
Enjoy secure lift access and use of the building’s shared indoor pool and poolside seating—ideal for relaxed downtime between city adventures. If you intend to use the pool, you will need to bring your own pool towel. While there is no on-site parking, you’ll have easy access to nearby trams, buses, and a train station, all just a short walk away. Kindly note that street parking in the area has time restrictions.
Please note: On arrival, you’ll enter through a shared entry area used by two apartments. From there, each apartment has its own separate, private front door.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves, with access to the building’s shared pool. Please make yourselves at home!
Step outside and wander down to the Yarra River for scenic walking and cycling paths, or cross into Southbank to explore its lively promenade of cafés, bars, and riverside dining. Within an easy stroll are some of Melbourne’s most loved restaurants, including Cha Ching, La Cucina, My Goodness, and The George on Collins. For entertainment, you’re moments from Crown, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and the Arts Precinct, home to the NGV and theatres along St Kilda Road. Tram stops are just a short walk from your stay, making it easy to reach Flinders Street Station, Docklands, and the wider city, while much of Melbourne’s best dining, culture, and riverfront experiences are right at your doorstep.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
