Had everything we needed, smelled nice, good location!

The building itself wasn’t so nice, the room was lovely though!

The room itself was charming & very well thought out for a space that was not very big. Was a pleasant surprise after walking into & through the building. I had various spots on which to place my things. Vanity size was good. Shower was lovely & had a useful ledge for your own toiletries. Bed was comfy. Kitchenette & supplies were very good, as was the space in which they were. It was excellent overall for one person, and quite good for two. Tram stop right outside. Price excellent for being in Melb CBD. In spite of the things below, I'd still stay there again.

Too many cushions on the bed, for a room that size! May have been a bit tight on space if there were 2 people. The building itself was ah, an interesting place to experience. You only needed to look through the list of problems with occupants (which was in the lift) to get a feel for how things were, but I assume that means the room was purchased relatively cheaply & as such, is charged at a lower cost than most others in Melb CBD. The atrium in centre of building means that voices echo without too much effort. Of my 3 nights there (Thu to Sat), I had one very bad night's sleep, & surprisingly it was the Thursday.
