Wake to Yarra River Views, Flinders St CBD

We loved the view. And proximity to everything. It was just a wonderful place to stay.

It was a bit confusing getting the key. It was in a separate location, and we were travelling with a wheelchair family member. However, the host met us with the key, which was very appreciated.

Location was amazing and beautiful view

Bathroom needed more ventilation especially with the dryer on

Fantastic 180 degree views, MCG & Southbank (fire shows) & river (rowers, kayaks, pleasure trips, rented boats, and helicopters!) & view down to the sea, spacious apartment, good TV, good shower, helpful washer-dryer

Trains very noisy (windows don’t close snugly), kitchen fridge noisy, air con not controllable (just on or off)

Great location, secure accommodation, loved the little cafe at the laneway below. Views are great, could see everything and very central to where we needed to be.

Our flight ended up being delayed and had to make alternative arrangements for key collection. We received 2 key cards but only 1 worked, tried contacting the number provided and sent a message via booking.com requesting another key on the weekend during our stay and did not get a response. Cleaning could have been done better with some items from previous guests laying under tables etc. As other reviews suggest the location was quite noisy due to the train line below. Nothing earplugs wouldn't fix! TV remote for the bedroom TV was missing. Spare guest pillows were dirty. Only 1 glass in the cupboard. Hot water didn't last for a shower. The apartments are looking a 'tired' and could do with some minor updates/fixes.
