* 2 Swimming Pools: The waterfront pool is currently under construction and will not be available for guest use during the 2026 summer season. Guests are welcome to enjoy the second community pool, located at the top of the hill, which is open and available for use.

* Boat Docks & Marina Access: Community boat docks, slips, and moorings are not available for guest use. Day docks may be used temporarily for guest drop-off and pick-up only.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire home. A locked utility/supply closet is reserved for property maintenance — everything else is yours to enjoy.

Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Simply book a ride through the app, and you'll be on your way to your destination in no time.

- We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you.

- No pets allowed

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is allowed for 2 extra vehicles.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

- Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible. To access the condo, guests must climb a flight of outdoor stairs from the parking area. Once inside the unit, all bedrooms are located upstairs and are only accessible by an additional flight of indoor stairs.

- The bunk beds are max 150lbs per bed.



Pools

The waterfront pool is currently under construction and will not be available for guest use during the 2026 summer season. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool located at the top of the hill, which is open and available for use.



Motorcycles

Motorcycles are not permitted on the property. Please note that violations may result in fines, so we kindly ask guests to plan accordingly before arrival.



Docks & Boat Access

The community docks are not available for guest use. You may use the day docks for temporary drop-off and pick-up only.Overnight docking, boat slips, buoy use, and boat parking are not permitted. Please plan to bring boats to alternative docking locations.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
