The fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy, whether you are putting together breakfast before heading out for the day or settling in for a relaxed dinner at home.
With four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the house is well suited to families, extended families and groups traveling together. The fourth bedroom features three queen beds, creating a fun group sleeping space that is perfect for kids, cousins or friends.
Your Own Game Room
When you are not out exploring, there is plenty to do at home.
The finished lower level is set up for nights in with a pool table, dart board, Xbox and popcorn machine. Add in Smart TVs, WiFi, board games and outdoor games and rainy days may end up being some of the most fun.
A washer and dryer are also available for the convenience of longer stays.

Spring offers a quieter side of Lake Winnipesaukee with hiking, fishing, scenic drives and fewer crowds as the lake and surrounding towns come back to life.
You are within easy reach of Laconia, Gilford, Meredith, restaurants, marinas, shopping and Lakes Region attractions, yet once you return to Long Bay, it feels like a true retreat.

Guests receive a Long Bay community gate code along with keyless entry for convenient self check-in.
Important Information
This home is available for stays of 28 nights or longer only, making it especially well suited to extended summer stays, ski-season escapes, remote-work getaways or families looking to spend meaningful time together at the lake.
No smoking is permitted. RVs and trailers are not permitted within the community. Guests are expected to follow Long Bay Association rules during their stay.
